6 month check up today

Zachary went to the the pediatrician this morning for his 6 month check up. He weighs 20 pounds and is 28 1/2 inches long. Dr. says he is doing great in terms of growth and development. He is still in the 90th percentile for weight and 95th percentile for length. He can start trying some table food like mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese (mom's fav) and in about a month he can start on finger foods. Hard to believe we are there! He had to get shots, which was no fun for mom, dad or Zachary. He screamed more this time than ever before and it broke my heart. We go back for a 9 month check up but no shots thank goodness!
