Unfortunately we had a neighbors tree fall on her house and our house during the storms a few weeks ago. All of the tree is finally cleaned up and hauled away. We are getting a new roof this week to be followed by new gutters, repairs to our privacy fence and a new central heat/air unit. Our neighbor actually had to move out for a few months for a contractor to make all of the repairs to her home. We were so fortunate to have minimal damage to the roof and side of the house. No broken windows and no holes or leaks. An additional praise is that we were not in the house when it happened. Dale was gone w/ his dad to assess the damage to their farm. When it started storming again, Zachary and I went next door to our other neighbors house (we were a little scared). I am so glad we were not in the house and didn't hear it fall!
